On your wedding day, all eyes will be set on you! For all women, their seeking day is the most important day of their life which they would have always dreamed about and would want everything to be perfect like a princess. As well as the venue, food, entertainment etc., most women would want their wedding dress to fit perfectly so that they’d look the best, or should it be perfect. Bride-to-be’s want to lose those extra kilos desperately.

Start as soon as you know!
Safe weight loss occurs at a pace of approx 2 pounds a week. So by knowing this, you can decide how much you’d like to lose in the amount of time frame till your wedding dress. For example if you want to lose 20 pound, you’d need 10 weeks approximately to lose all that weigh, ideally a couple of weeks before the wedding date so hat you can work on keeping it off without stressing that you need to lose anymore. Keep in mind, the wedding dress and he size you’d like to fit into. Starting early also means that you will be able to have enough time to adjust to your new lifestyle so you can see results way before your wedding promoting even more motivation. Starting soon means that you can overcome any issues you encounter during your journey to weight loss.

Planning your date and starting as soon as you know that you need or want to lose some pounds will help motivate you to push yourself to reach that target. But do keep in mind, don’t let weight loss pressure come in the way of the the enjoyment of exciting things like planning the wedding overall.

Eat smaller and more frequent meals
Have five to six small meals, instead of three large meals in a day. This way, your hunger and cravings will stop as your stomach will be satisfied and also allow you to eat less during meal times. Don’t assume that missing breakfast will help lose weight. You need breakfast to get your metabolism started for the rest of the day. Research has also proved that having a heavy breakfast should be likely to make you eat less throughout the day. If your craving for a snack, try nibbling on fruits and vegetables. Remember to keep portions under control. A serving of rice should be no bigger than the size of your closed fist. Eat just enough to satisfy hunger, not taste. A serving of meat should be about 3 oz.

Avoid Alcohol
Cut down on the amount of alcohol you take. You won’t be able to imagine how many calories alcohol and has and pack on this kilos your trying to lose. Alcohol is also an appetite stimulant that may lead to overeating.
Know what you are eating
Always watch what you eat because you are what you eat. Try not to eat when you are watching TV or occupied in activities that hinder your ability to note what and how much you are eating. Make a diet plan, not a diet that you starve in, a diet in which you have know what you will eat for meals and snacks and what time. If you adapt to a routine of eating healthy food allay long and the correct time, you will easily lose weight. Make sure you stick to why you plan and don’t miss or replace a meal with take-away or junk food.

Eat your dinner early
Try eating dinner approximately four hours before you head off to bed. Don’t go and sit down after you have dinner. Start cleaning the house, wash dishes, go for a walk. Try to brush your teeth as soon as possible so that you aren’t tempted to go to the kitchen for late night nibbles.

Exercise Routine
You should set aside at least 20 minutes a day to exercise. Even better if you exceed 20 minutes. The best time to exercise is early in the morning. Exercise doesn’t mean that you only exercise for a 20 minute time slot. You should use every chance of moving around. Walk to the station if you can rather than catching a train or use the stairs instead of the lift.

Find a Workout Buddy or Buddies
Success in life is often determined by the company you keep. And in order to be successful at weight loss, you need support from friends and family who are like-minded. You can even involve your whole bridal party and workout together with your trainer or coach. That way, you all experience the camaraderie that bonds a group together and you will be able to push each other to do more, be more, and be accountable to each other.

Now that it's summertime many people are doing anything and everything to get in shape or to maintain the shape that they have. People are trying their best to lose weight for a variety of reasons. They may have health issues that are weight related or they may want to simply trim down to get to a healthier weight.
 
Regardless of the reason for weight loss there are a few things that must happen so you can lose that weight. Most workouts include some kind of cardio and even on the days when you are tired and can't push anymore you still push yourself. You may be dripping with sweat and have yet to see any weight loss but you still push forward. The same thing happens in your business.

A lot of times when we start our business our goals could be different. Some working moms yearn for flexibility; others want to spend more time with their kids. However I think it's safe to say that we all want control and independence, but regardless of your reasons, passions and desires are we all go in expecting to make money. After all making the money is what's going to give use our desires. So we do this and we try that but nothing seams to give us the results we are looking for (money). We may achieve some results but it's not long lasting. We end up into a slump, we try different tactics but quickly realize those methods aren't working because we haven't made any money. But maybe it's not the method that's not working but maybe you are looking at the wrong results.

Growing your business is a lot like losing weight. The goal for losing weight is to see the scale move, while the goal for being in business it to make money. But on your journey to reach your goals there are other results we should pay attention to that will let us know that our big goal is near. For example, when I first started my weight loss journey I started with the Insanity DVDs. Now I don't recommend anyone to start with that, boy did it kill me. The first day I was tired, out of breath, and extremely sweaty after each workout. The next day my body was in so much pain, that I wondered if I really wanted to continue. Because of the pain and the sweat (and the goodnight sleep) I received from working out I continued. I mean after all something is going on with my body right? If I would have jumped on the scale that first day I pretty sure the scale would not have changed. So I continued with the workouts for the week and at the end of the week I weight myself. Nothing!! There was no change on the scale. But my husband kept telling me how great I looked. I continued for another week and my clothes started to get loser but when I jumped on that scale I saw no movement. I didn't understand what was going on. Can I really get smaller without losing the weight? But I knew something was going on. I was getting results. I started to feel stronger every day, I was sleeping better, my clothes were indeed getting smaller but I wasn't losing the weight. Now if I only paid attention to my main goal which was to see the numbers on the scale go down I probably would have given up, but because I was seeing other results I just knew that scale would move eventually and by week three the scale moved.

Now there could have been other reasons for the scale not moving but I want you to know that growing your business is a lot like this. When we think about "Growing our Business" we usually think about how much money is in our account, or how many sales we are making. But in the beginning of growing your business there are other signs and results we need to pay attention to before we make that sale. If you have read my bio you know that I have decided to take things back a bit. Back to what I know really works and basically start from scratch. And the things that I'm currently doing will give me the sweat, additional energy, and bigger clothes in my business. I currently blog regularly, send out newsletters and use social media daily. By using all of that I can grow my business and achieve the income that I'm looking for but since I'm in the beginning stage I'm paying attention to the clues that will let me know the steady cash is near. Some additional results you may want to look for when using these techniques are comments and length of time on your blog. This will let you know that people are reading, and absorbing your content. You also want to monitor engagement on social media. Are people retweeting, liking, or talking to you on twitter and Facebook. As these results increase then you will begin to see your sales increase but it will not happen unless you start with the basics. Just like you will not lose weight unless your start with exercise and nutrition.
